This is a design of a performing arts theatre and train station above the o-train track at the Carleton University stop in Ottawa. This design was completed 19 years ago as a final 4th year undergraduate architecture student under the supervision of Professor Gregory Andonian. The building itself is a series of interconnected woven truss systems with colourful and flexible building fabric. The building was developed from a series of colourful photographic model and dance studies overlayed and extracted to create and delineate spaces.
